Nadine West, a rapidly growing e-commerce startup for women’s apparel seeks a dynamic, experienced Customer Happiness Specialist! This pivotal, creative role is responsible for building positive relationships with our VIPs.

Typical Day

You start your morning by coming into the office and leaving happy voicemails to your list of VIP customers. Luckily, you got to speak with Chantal, who discussed how happy she was with her last shipment; Susie told you about her upcoming wedding next month.

In the afternoon, you prepped for the next day by looking through a few dozen customer quiz responses, thinking of some fun, creative ideas to engage customers. Finally, you wrap the day with thank you cards for next month’s birthdays.


Qualifications

Prior experience dealing with customers. Demonstrate the ability to stay highly organized and be self-driven. Must possess superlative communication skills (both verbal and written) featuring enthusiasm and positivity.
