Our fast-growing Austin-based Fashion & Apparel Company, is searching for Warehouse Workers/Associates to join our FUNtastic team! We need outgoing, efficient, rigidly organized, ambitious and highly status-conscious people with a great attitude who are eager to work in a company that believes that keeping employees happy is as important as keeping our customers happy. We’re looking for amazing warehouse workers for the 12:00-8:30 pm shift.

Summary:

Warehouse workers/associates pick, pack, ship, process returns and/or manage inventory, along with an assortment of other related warehouse duties.

Pay:

  • Starting at $11/hr for 3 months
  • $12/hr after 3 months and a chance for rapid promotion.
  • Subsequent pay rates are performance, non-tenure-based ensuring equal opportunity for all employees.


Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • All duties involved in shipping, returns, receiving, and picking.
  • Generally maintaining quality control.
  • Keeping pace and consistency in speed.
  • Clear communication with team members.
  • Computer operation of our Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to generally balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to tolerate temperature fluctuations in a non-climate controlled warehouse setting.

Experience: Experience in warehouse considered a plus. Both full and part-time positions available.
